A menagerie of photos

These two are pictures I took playing with my camera

This photo is one Bryce took after pack meeting while we were waiting for Trey and Michaela's soccer games to finish.

This is Danny being held by his Pops

Trey and Bryce on their first day of school waiting for the bus.

Bryce received his Bobcat and Wolf (except his Wolf isn't finished. . .yet (a little mis-communicado ( but will be very soon!)))

Last getaway before school started: Sandy Beach

We decided to squeeze in one last fling before school started the next day. We all piled into the BB (burgandy beast) and set off on our adventure. We arrived within 15 minutes at the southeast corner of Utah lake. It was a pleasant evening! The lil' wee ones slept in the vehicle while we scampered in the waves(?) I think Ginger had the most fun. She blasted around bounding through the water thoroughly enjoying herself. Ronnie followed Gingy in excitement, managing to drink a bunch of tasty water. I shot pictures from Paul's cell phone (I forgot the other camera, sadly) and peeked in on the boys intermittently. When it was time to go the kids ran down the beach to dry off. Ginger christened the van with an extremely wet and dirty body. The mosquitoes attacked us on our way out leaving Michaela with 30 bites. We finished the evening with ice cream.

The boys are growing up!

Danny and Alex will be six months old tomorrow. I can't believe how time has flown by. I had to find an old picture to compare the growth of these sweet little miracles.
Alex is now 14 lbs 2 oz and Daniel is 14 lbs 14 oz. They both laugh huge belly laughs and are pushing up when on their bellies.
Danny is on the left and Alex is on the right.

Ronnie!

Alex and Danny- moments after they smiled. . . and assorted topics

Try as I might, my camera is too slow and I am not exciting enough to continue smiling at, so here is a semi cheery picture of the boys. We are excited to announce that we now have a vehicle that will allow our entire gaggle to ride together. Paul picked up the van in California and drove it home.
And here is another Ronnie toothpaste moment- the last time he decorated our toilet with Crest Nature Expressions Citrus Clean Mint. This adornment is just the Original.

Fun Visitors at the Nelsonranch

David and Lena Dalley stopped by with their beautiful girls on Saturday. We played with the animals and caught up on life's adventures.Aunt Cecily and Aunt Mary came to visit on Friday. We had a blast!

Nothin' like some chickies to make a real farm!

After a bunch of people talking up chickens I finally got up the gumption to try them out. We got about 12 different varieties. They came through the USPS via airmail from Texas- Ideal Poultry if you want some. . .They are all still alive. The lady at the post office called at 6:30Am and woke my up. I didn't know it was the post office so I went back to sleep. They called again 20 mins later but I had put the phone in the kitchen (let me sleep!!). When they called again at 9 AM, I think they were a bit sick of them (Come get them, they are noisy- lol) So we brought them home, went to swimming lessons (Paul got them a drink while we were gone) and then set up their temporary home in a swimming pool. They drank a bunch and started eating. They chirped more at first but are quieting down. When they sleep, they just flop down on the ground. They are cute little buggers- I am thinking its all down hill from here though.
