I have been feeding the boy's rice cereal for about a week. Daniel has excelled in this category, inhaling it as quickly as I can scoop it out. Alex took a bit longer, starting with dribbling the cereal all out to learning to push the food back to swallow it. He now is doing a fine job. I don't think I have ever gone through a box of the rice cereal this fast, if at all. I was always to eager to move on to apples and bananas. (no, he's not asleep- the flash kept making him shut his eyes)

I thought this picture was the epitome of Alexander. Hot stuff!

This is a picture of Daniel's eye after his surgery to remove a dermoid cyst. He was an excellent patient, weathering the forced starvation from 2:30 AM until 9:15 AM when his surgery was completed. Dr. Cook took out a cyst the size of a Mentos on steroids. He took pictures of the cyst during the operation. Perhaps I will post one, hmmmm. There was half a "BB" size cyst growing into his eye socket. It is quite fortunate this was done early as to prevent further complications!
